Even now I adore Julia Child. Isn't she fabulous? She recovers like nobody's business. I once saw Julia Child drop an entire roast beef on the floor. She picked it up, she dusted it off, she looked straight into the camera and she said, 'And remember, you're the only one in the kitchen!'
